Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, products must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The product must be new, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • The product must remain in its original condition, with no scratches, decorations, or alterations, and should retain Bimo Vape’s warranty seal.
  • The original packaging must be intact, without deformation, tears, marks, or tape, and should match the product specifications.
  • Personal and order information should match the details in Bimo Vape’s system.
  • The product must not have been exposed to external factors such as extreme temperatures or water damage.

Please note: Bimo Vape reserves the right to refuse returns if any of these conditions are not met, based on our inspection and judgment.

Return Requirements

  • The product must satisfy all of the return conditions listed above.
  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The value of the returned product must be equal to or greater than the original purchase value.

Refunds Policy
